   1. Respect for all members:
      All members must respect one another. Even though there might be some disagreements among members, everyone is to respect ones opinion and keep any personal attacks out of the forums.
      
      
   2. Language
      Please refrain from using obscene language on the forum. These words include anything that may be used against fellow members.
      
      
   3. No vulgar screen names
      No obscene, sexual or vulgar screen names are allowed.
      
      
   4. Pictures
      You are allowed to post pictures in your posts and have a personal avatar for your profile. Please no explicit, derogating, or sexual pictures.
      
      
   5. Disagreements with members
      Please keep any disagreements you may have with a member off the forums. Speak with a Moderator in private and the problem can be dealt with as soon as possible.

   1. Off topic posting
      Please keep off topic posting to a minimum. There are unique areas within the forum for chatting with friends and other members for certain topics and subjects.
      
      
   2. Disruptive Posts
      Any disruptive or antagonistic posts can and will be edited or deleted at Moderators discretion.
      
      
   3. Attachments
      The limit for attaching and streaming music files will be only up to 2 MB max. Please use this only for samples or educational examples. Anyone trying to fit a whole track in the 2 MB limit will be sent to his/her room without supper. (Just don't do it please).
      
      Images, Text, Docs, and Archives will have a limit of 256 KB.
   
   
   
   
3. Advertisement Restrictions
   
   
   1. Spamming
      Absolutely no spamming is allowed on the forums. If you are a vendor, please click here to sign up as one or go to the Vendors Only page on the menu. If you get caught spamming without the approval of the administration you will be banned and be reported to the BBB.
      
      
   2. Bad Links
      Bad links need to be dealt with by the member who posted it as soon as possible. Otherwise, it is subject to deletion.
      
      
   3. Linking to inappropriate/off topic sites
      Unless you have a viable reason to do so, please do not link to websites that have nothing to do with the topic at hand.
   
   
   
   
4. Disclaimer and Rights
   
   
   1. Member status is a privilege.
      Any member who does not obey by the rules and regulation of My15Birthday.com or condones unacceptable behavior on more than one occasion is subject to termination and banned from the forum.

      All members have the right to be treated fairly by all members and Moderators. None of your personal information will ever be given or sold out to any 3rd party company.
